Cheyenne Frieze, Senior Legal Assistant

Cheyenne joined Aleman & Associates from Aleman Fitzgerald Properties, LLC, where she was an assistant property manager, overseeing a portfolio of over 250 residential and commercial units.

She is our resident specialist on mobile home title transfers, where the home is on leased land or owned land.  Cheyenne enjoys perfecting her craft and is extremely efficient with clearing liens and title.  She can be found in our Milford office, although she floats to Rehoboth Beach, Seaford and Camden when needed.

When Cheyenne isn’t working, she loves spending time with the people closest to her, exploring nature, enjoying Sussex County’s beaches and traveling. She doesn’t like to spend a lot of her money, because she and her fiance are avid real estate investors, owning 4 residential units and saving for their 5th! Cheyenne is also a licensed Realtor in the State of Delaware. (What doesn’t she do?) 

She currently lives in Milford near her Godson Gianni, who is her world. Her favorite day of the week is “Titi Tuesday”, where she gets to spend considerable time with him.
