Delkin joins us as the Comptroller for the Aleman Companies, a consortium of business ventures of which our partners hold ownership interests. Delkin will be at the center of those businesses working with stakeholders, monitoring financial health, strategizing growth, coordinating with outside CPAs, ensuring compliance and maximizing our collective impact on building communities. He has been involved in the tax industry since 2019, and worked for Raymond F. Book & Associates, P.A. CPAs from 2021 and through its merger with Savant Tax & Consulting before joining us in May of 2024.
Delkin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Accounting, both from Wilmington University in New Castle, DE. Like most folks in our circle, he doesn’t just push paper. He is a real estate investor and the CEO of Acosta Properties, LLC with a concentration of units in Sussex County, Delaware.

When he isnt working, Delkin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing baseball, and being outdoors. We hope that he grows with our firm and we are thrilled to have him join us!
