Kristin began her career in our real estate industry when she was 16 years old, as an unpaid intern for a real estate law firm. Today, having over 20 years of experience, she is well versed in all things real estate!
Kristin first graduated from Polytech High School in Woodside, Delaware; then Wesley College in Dover, Delaware and finally from Widener Law School in Wilmington, Delaware. Her deep roots in our State have led her to be a pillar in our community, serving on multiple boards and as an Air Force Base liaison over the years. In addition to transactional law, she focuses on Estate Planning, Contracts, and Corporations. As the co-owner of several real estate related LLCs, she has first hand knowledge of the many obstacles her clients encounter!
Kristin’s favorite saying is “my real estate work funds my child welfare practice.” Although her wealth of knowledge lies in the transactional world, her heart lies with our Community’s youth in foster care. In addition to private practice, Kristin works with the Office of the Child Advocate representing the Kent County children in their complex and emotional cases.
Kristin lives in Kent County with her husband Brian; her sons, Brian Jr. and Johnny; her twin baby girls, Charlotte and Olivia; and their beloved dogs, Flash and Molly. When she is not at the Office or in Court being a Champion for children, you can find her camping, boating, or chasing babies at the family farm!
