Kristin N. Timmons is a Senior Paralegal with Aleman & Associates, Attorneys at Law, joining the firm in February of 2026.
Kristin started her career as a paralegal in November of 2005. She has worked in various departments over the years assisting with debt collection; civil litigation; family law; and criminal matters. She is more specifically concentrated in Real Estate Settlements; the formation of LLCs and Corporations; 1031 Exchanges including Reverse Exchanges, Improvement Exchanges, and Reverse Improvement Exchanges; along with drafting Estate Planning documents including various types of Trusts.
Kristin received a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University in 2006. She received a Masters Degree in Administration of Justice with a concentration in Criminal Behavior from Wilmington University in 2011. She became a member of the Delaware Paralegal Association in 2011, and a Delaware Certified Paralegal on September 25th, 2012.
Kristin has grown up in Sussex County, Delaware. She is proud of her accomplishments thus far and continues to strive to further her education.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also an amateur singer and songwriter currently working on recording an album! She is our Senior Paralegal in Bethany Beach, but she handles deal and serves clients throughout the State of Delaware!
