Melinda Cutchin, Paralegal

Melinda has been working alongside of Kristin Collison, Esquire for the past 6 years and joined Aleman & Associates in early 2024.

Melinda graduated from Delaware Tech in 2019 with an Associates
in Arts degree in Paralegal Studies.  She furthered her education by attending Wilmington University, graduating in 2021 with a Bachelor in Legal Studies. As an aspiring attorney, she is currently studying for the LSAT and hopes to attend Law School soon. We will be thrilled and lucky to one day have her join our ranks as an attorney!

Melinda has lived in Hartly, Delaware most of her life, and she currently
resides there with her Fiancé Billy, two boys, Brayden and Ryker, and the
Family Pitbull, Kane. When she isn’t working you can find Melinda at the
baseball field watching her boys play ball. She enjoys spending time with her Family, Baseball Nights (GO PHILLIES!) camping, country concerts, football Sundays (GO EAGLES!) and helping at her Family’s butcher shop, the Sudlersville Meat Locker.
