Pam joined Aleman & Associates in August of 2025 as an Estate Paralegal.  She has worked in the Estate World since 2001 in one capacity or another.  Pam began her career with Tunnell & Raysor where she worked with several different estate attorneys, three of which held their LLMs in taxation.  In 2015, Pam was appointed by Chancery Court to be the Chief Deputy at the Register of Wills Office.  

In her role as an Estate Paralegal, Pam is no stranger to “difficult families” and difficult situations and she reminds everyone that compassion and understanding goes a long way.  She is often heard telling clients that no question is silly, that this process is something she lives every day and hopefully this is the only time the client has to go through it.  

In her “off time”, Pam may be found behind the bar facilitating the party at Lewes / Rehoboth Moose #646.  Pam enjoys volunteering with the Moose Lodge as its charity supports disadvantaged children and the elderly.  Pam makes sure her husband’s pool team is organized and is often tagging along to enjoy dart games.  Sometimes she even throws a dart or two, hoping to hit the board.  While Pam’s daughter is now an adult with a daughter of her own, she is still very active in her life.  Pam absolutely loves being a GiGi to an amazingly spicey ginger girl.

While you can find Pam mainly in the Milford Office, she is more than willing to meet with people where it is convenient for them.
